NC Federation of Young Republicans Convention - April 4th, 2009

Guilford County Young Republicans will be hosting the 2009 North Carolina Federation of Young Republican's convention on April 4th.

It will be held at the Guilford County GOP / High Point GOP Headquarters located at 713 West Main Street, Jamestown N.C. 

REGISTRATION:

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM Registration Open

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM “NC Government Fiscal Responsibility Analysis” Presented by the John Locke Foundation

10:30 AM – 11:30 AM "DecisionMaker Poll Analysis” Presented by John W. Pope Civitas Institute

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Lunch

1:00 PM – 1:30 PM Registration Open

2:00 PM – 4:30 PM NCFYR Convention Convenes

5:00 PM – 6:30 PM NCGOP State Chairman Candidate Forum

To participate in the NCFYR Convention:
• You must be a registered Republican in North Carolina (18 to 40 years old)
• A member of a local Young Republican club

To be a delegate at the convention you must:
• Register online as a delegate before midnight on April 2nd
• Pay online registration fee of $15.00.
• Registration cost at door $30.00

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:
• YR LEVEL - $50.00 – Name in program
• Patron Level - $100.00 – Name in program, name in e-mail blast.
• Candidate Level - $250.00 – Name in program, name in e-mail blast, ½ page ad (BW) in program, name on sponsor banner.
• Investor Level - $500.00 – Name in program, name in e-mail blast, name on sponsor banner

Why Be Involved in Young Republicans?

First, thank you all for your commitment to your local clubs and to the state federation as a whole. You may hear many times that what you are doing is so vitally important,but we can never tell each other  "Thank You" enough.

Not only is our political philosophy at stake, our very freedom to express that philosophy is at risk in every lection cycle. Yes, your commitment to and involvement in the Young Republicans is important and it does matter.

Most of you have reasons for your own involvement; however, it may be more difficult to share reasons to be involved with someone that you would like to get into your organization.
